CSB Global is the first international organization to develop an independent and impartial maturity assessment model, known as CSB Excel©, alongside an accreditation service for companies and businesses seeking formal recognition of their efforts in implementing best practices and processes across various sectors. This accreditation model represents a significant milestone within the industry, as it reinforces the vision of continuous improvement within organizations by highlighting their strengths and offering fully independent, third-party recognition—undoubtedly contributing to enhanced competitiveness and improved market positioning.
It is important to note that the accreditation service provided by CSB Global does not replace or equate to the validation of compliance with international standards, such as those established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The accreditation lines managed by the CSB are directly related to our academic areas and other relevant industry sectors. Our accreditation service is based on our own audit and validation methodology, which follows industry best practices and conforms to academic and process standards. PROFESSIONAL TRAINING SERVICES
At CSB Global, it is implemented a "Competency Professionalization" methodology within their training division, aimed at fostering recognition of qualification levels in practical skills and knowledge. All programs are structured across three proficiency levels: Professional, Advanced, and Expert, establishing depth criteria aligned with a role-based approach. This framework encompasses four core competency consolidation areas: Analysts, Administrators, Auditors, and Implementers—with the latter category also encompassing consulting and advisory competencies.
This methodology, applied across all training programs, drives a culture centered on intermediate competency professionalization, addressing current industry demands. This comprehensive and structured approach ensures systematic development aligned with professional environment needs, thereby strengthening participants' profiles in accordance with market requirements.
PROFESSIONAL LEVEL
This level serves as the foundation of this certification system, designed to provide students with the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to begin their career path in a specific practice area. It includes comprehensive foundational courses with an initial training component of up to 20 hours. Certification at this level qualifies students with operational-level knowledge at the process level, demonstrating essential specialization competency.
ADVANCED LEVEL
Designed for students and educational programs seeking deeper specialization, this level aims to help students acquire advanced-level competencies through laboratory work or field practice. This level includes a mandatory knowledge validation examination. It applies to intermediate courses ranging from 21 to 120 hours in duration. Students who achieve this certification level will be prepared to actively participate in strategic business decision-making processes within their area of expertise.
EXPERT LEVEL
This level represents the highest degree of specialization, designed to categorize students as experts and enable them to function as specialists in a specific practice area. This level requires a professional, technical, or technological degree recognized in the country where the training is conducted. It includes a mandatory knowledge validation examination. It applies to advanced courses exceeding 120 hours in duration. Graduates of these programs possess the internationally recognized credentials demanded by global corporations and highly specialized technical sectors.
